Responsibilities and Expectations

• Develop software components primarily using Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures emphasizing performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complicated software issues, ensuring maintainability.
• Contribute to feature development and undertake codebase refactoring efforts.
• Optimize applications for better scalability and execution speed.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, often in remote environments, and communicate clearly with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient in at least Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript, with experience in C++ or Go considered an advantage.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software debugging techniques.
• Experience producing clean, maintainable code and improving software design.
• Effective communicator both in written and verbal forms.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with large distributed codebases.
• Knowledge of AI or machine learning system environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Participation in detailed code reviews and adherence to best software engineering practices.
