Role overview
An opportunity is available for a seasoned analytical professional to support documentation and data review work within a regulated laboratory setting in North Carolina. The assignment is fully onsite and centers on checking laboratory records, confirming analytical data quality, and making sure results align with approved procedures and specifications.
What the role involves
- Examine laboratory notebooks and associated records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Validate analytical results against approved methods and defined specifications.
- Work directly with lab teams to resolve questions and clarify data before final quality sign-off.
- Review and help prepare technical reports using established templates and documentation systems.
- Support fast-paced quality and documentation workflows in a collaborative environment.
Required experience and technical exposure
- Practical experience using Empower 3 for analytical data management.
- Strong background in reviewing analytical data, laboratory notebooks, and reporting outputs, with roughly 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of GDP and ALCOA data integrity principles.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous exposure to TrackWise for deviations or investigation tracking.
- Familiarity with EDMS or comparable document management platforms.
- Experience is considered more important than formal education for this opportunity.
