The company sees mixed-use developments as a major part of the future of urban planning. Its projects are designed to combine living, working, retail, and leisure spaces within one connected environment, creating more efficient and flexible ways of daily life. This approach supports vibrant communities, aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and reflects the changing needs of modern cities and lifestyles.
