Position Summary

The Recruiter is tasked with identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to fulfill the organization's staffing requirements. This role demands a thorough understanding of healthcare positions, credentialing procedures, and compliance mandates. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate journey and efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned healthcare roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for challenging or high-volume positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain workforce needs, devise recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Maintain precise and current data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and organizational regulations, including EEOC guidelines and healthcare credentialing standards.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry association events, and community gatherings to promote employment prospects.
  • Coordinate with HR and Credentialing departments to facilitate the smooth onboarding and credential verification of new hires.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Undertake other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the healthcare or medical staffing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing for clinical roles such as physicians and support staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple recruitment tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as Paylocity, iCIMS, ADP, or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensing processes.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
