About Charlie Health
Charlie Health is focused on removing the obstacles that keep people from getting support for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. The company’s model centers on personalized virtual care that connects clients with clinicians, care teams, families, and broader support networks so people with complex needs can access meaningful treatment from home.
As a fast-growing organization, Charlie Health is expanding into more communities and building a team committed to reshaping behavioral health care and improving outcomes for more people.
About the Role
Charlie Health is hiring a Recruiter to help identify and engage talented people who are a strong fit for the organization. This person will manage existing candidate pipelines, create new sourcing channels, and raise awareness of Charlie Health across job boards, professional groups, and other talent communities. The role also involves proactive outreach to promising candidates and helping them understand the mission and opportunities at Charlie Health.
The team is looking for someone who is motivated by the company’s mission and excited to contribute to a growing business that aims to improve lives at scale. Multiple recruiters are being hired for different business areas, including admissions, engineering, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build hiring strategies with recruiting managers after assessing team needs, and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Find candidates through multiple sourcing channels and oversee the full hiring workflow from start to finish.
- Screen, interview, and submit well-matched candidates to hiring managers, then use feedback to improve sourcing and selection efforts.
- Run outreach and promotion efforts across job boards, industry websites, and other candidate-facing platforms.
- Keep external recruiting partners engaged and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
- Strengthen relationships with professional networks to expand the pool of applicants.
- Meet with interested candidates and communicate Charlie Health’s mission and care model.
- Look for creative new ways to attract talent to roles at Charlie Health.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or large organization hiring for corporate roles.
- Proven ability to manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation through close.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and listening skills with a consultative approach.
- Comfortable energizing others, building rapport, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project coordination abilities and attention to detail in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting base salary for this position is expected to fall between $73,000 and $91,000 per year. With the target performance bonus included, total cash compensation is expected to range from $91,000 to $113,000 annually. Final pay depends on location, experience, expertise, internal equity, and other business factors.
This is a full-time, exempt role with comprehensive benefits. Depending on the position, total compensation may also include stock options and other company-sponsored benefits.
Values
- Connection: Care deeply and inspire hope.
- Congruence: Stay curious and follow the evidence.
- Commitment: Act urgently and keep going.
