Role summary

This position is for a Recruiting Analyst in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is a full-time, on-site role focused on end-to-end talent acquisition and coordination across the hiring lifecycle.

What the role involves

The selected candidate will support the full recruitment cycle and help ensure timely communication, smooth process coordination, and compliance with hiring requirements. The work includes updating applicant tracking records, coordinating pre-employment checks, handling onboarding paperwork, and supporting the broader talent acquisition process from workforce planning through offer closure.

Key job activities

  • Support the recruitment process from candidate identification through hiring and onboarding.
  • Keep applicant tracking system records current and accurate.
  • Coordinate background verification, drug screening, and onboarding documents.
  • Help assess present and future staffing needs and identify workforce skill gaps.
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to keep hiring activities on track.
  • Contribute to end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviews, and offer coordination.

Qualifications and experience

Any graduation is required for this position. The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Work expectations

The position may involve rotational shifts. The role is centered on structured problem-solving, day-to-day collaboration with peers, and limited interaction with clients or senior management. The work scope is focused, with guidance provided for routine tasks and more detailed direction for new assignments.

Skills and capabilities

Success in this role depends on recruitment systems knowledge, client coordination, stakeholder handling, and strong communication. Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel, HRMS platforms, and job boards is also important.
