Role Overview
This position is for a proactive, highly organized Recruiting & HR Admin who will handle end-to-end recruiting and provide day-to-day HR administrative support. The role plays a key part in attracting strong candidates, coordinating the interview process, keeping employee records accurate, and supporting compliance with labor requirements. Success in this role requires clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to support both candidates and employees in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish job postings while keeping applicant tracking information up to date.
- Assess resumes, pre-screen applicants, and conduct first-round interviews.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Proactively identify potential talent and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Update employee records accurately and handle HR-related changes.
- Provide payroll support when the HR Manager is unavailable.
- Answer employee questions and offer guidance on HR policies.
- Assist with special HR projects and general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and HR administration.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit at high volume across several departments.
- Working knowledge of PEO and HRIS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and people skills.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating interviews and handling candidate pipelines.
- Ability to protect confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred and considered a major advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
