Job description
Role overview
This position offers an opportunity to help improve advanced AI systems while working remotely and managing your own timetable. The role is aimed at cybersecurity specialists who can bring practical, real-world judgment to AI outputs in the security domain.
You will collaborate with modern AI models on assignments such as reviewing AI-produced security material, tackling technical security challenges, and sharing feedback that helps refine how these systems understand threats and defenses in practice. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main work.
How the selection process works
After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the interview step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be unlocked through the platform.
Compensation and working style
Engagement is hourly, with project rates starting from $50 to $100+ per hour, and certain projects may include bonus pay. You can decide which projects to take on and when to work. The role is performed from your own computer, from home, on a schedule you set yourself.
Responsibilities
- Check AI-generated cybersecurity material for practical correctness, including threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive security methods.
- Create and solve security-oriented technical exercises that help train AI systems.
- Produce clear technical write-ups and security-related code.
- Share feedback that influences the development of future AI security models.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct experience in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or a closely related area, including government or military cyber work.
- Working knowledge of coding, including the ability to understand and modify an existing codebase.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing ability.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials are considered an advantage.
Additional information
