Role Summary
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Relationship Manager in Developer Finance, with the position based in Lucknow. The role centers on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers and promoting the company’s financial offerings.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage relationships with developer clients to support business growth.
- Promote housing finance products and identify opportunities for new business.
- Prepare and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Review developer projects and assess their financial viability.
- Structure suitable financial solutions for developer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and service expectations.
- Work toward assigned performance and sales objectives while operating independently in a remote setup.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis and credit risk evaluation.
- Ability to assess real estate developer projects from a business and risk perspective.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking with knowledge of the housing finance market.
- Comfort using MS Office and digital tools used in financial and administrative work.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in housing finance or mortgage lending.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar finance or real estate role is preferred.

This role requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment and consistently meet sales targets.
