Role Overview
This position is for a recruiter who will source, assess, and hire qualified candidates for management roles supporting the CCL Hospitality brand within Senior Living Communities. The role uses market awareness to guide sourcing strategy, highlight hiring trends, and recommend effective candidate evaluation methods. It also requires building productive relationships with internal clients, internal applicants, and external candidates while helping fill current openings and supporting future business needs.
Compensation
Expected pay for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000 annually. Merit increases may also be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate with strong initiative and self-direction in a busy, deadline-driven recruiting setting.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, qualification checks, and presentations to hiring managers while following OFCCP standards.
- Work closely with the recruiting team and business partners to help achieve hiring targets.
- Engage candidates and support clients in a polished, positive, persuasive, and outcomes-oriented manner.
- Create effective job postings that clearly outline expectations and attract suitable applicants.
- Communicate professionally and clearly in both spoken and written form.
- Maintain strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent experience can be considered.
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
- High-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong sourcing ability across multiple channels is preferred.
- Experience hiring food service professionals is preferred.
- Background in staffing agencies or executive search is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, EEOC guidelines, and employment policies is needed.
- Confident phone communication and strong candidate interaction skills are important.
- Solid customer service orientation for both candidates and internal clients is expected.
- Comfort with internet research, Microsoft Office, email, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based recruiting platforms is required.
