Role Overview
This position focuses on driving residential and commercial property sales, strengthening client relationships, and building business through channel partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and active lead generation. The role requires a strong sales mindset, regular customer interaction, and the ability to support clients through the full property-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales plans aimed at achieving revenue goals.
- Follow up on sales proposals and prepare accurate, timely monthly sales reports.
- Generate fresh leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers.
- Develop strong product knowledge to improve customer service and sales outcomes.
- Manage channel sales and corporate partnerships to grow business for residential and commercial projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organization.
- Share sales updates and performance reports with senior management.
- Organize weekly sales meetings and work toward assigned targets.
- Meet area-wise goals and overall performance expectations.
- Build, retain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase sales opportunities through multiple market channels.
- Track and position upcoming projects effectively.
- Handle negotiation discussions, advise clients on market conditions and pricing, and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.
- Accompany customers on site visits, present properties, and manage day-to-day client calls.

Compensation
The annual salary offered for this role is between INR 1,00,000 and INR 4,50,000.
