As a Sales Associate in Singapore, you will help create memorable in-store experiences and deliver service that reflects the brand’s standards every day.

Role Overview

This position focuses on serving customers with care, sharing product knowledge, and supporting store operations so the team can meet business goals. You will work closely with store colleagues and management while gaining exposure to different parts of retail operations and building experience in a fast-moving environment.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by following the company’s C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
• Help build a positive team culture by contributing ideas, feedback, and concerns in a constructive way.
• Support multiple store functions, including customer service, product placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom tasks.
• Assist with day-to-day retail operations such as managing the point-of-sale system, restocking products, handling pricing and markdown updates, promoting loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and recovered.
• Work with Store Management to improve individual performance measures using sales-focused methods and by setting a strong example.
• Follow all asset protection rules and procedures, including loss prevention, inventory handling, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be at least 16 years old and hold O Level qualifications or higher. The employer is looking for people with 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail. Strong English communication is required, and knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. Candidates must also be comfortable with rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and email are needed, along with the ability to use a retail POS system. A strong desire to grow and perform well in a busy, fast-paced retail setting is important.

Compensation

The stated pay range is $11.44 to $13.17.
