Role overview
This position supports the sales and marketing function by handling coordination, administration, and sales-related follow-up work. The Sales Coordinator helps teams stay aligned across departments, supports daily sales transactions, and shares timely information so customer requirements are handled effectively and departmental KPIs are met.
The role is based in Jeddah and reports to the Area Sales Manager - Projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with everyday Project and Retail sales tasks, including paperwork, proposals, quotations, tenders, bids, and other assigned support work to keep sales operations running smoothly and improve results.
- Follow up on DSO collection with the sales team to help maintain healthy company liquidity.
- Act as a coordination point between the Sales Manager, sales staff, and other internal teams by passing on relevant updates and information.
- Receive external questions and requests and make sure they are communicated clearly and promptly.
- Work with Customer Service on pricing changes, customer queries, and related matters, and help maintain system pricing information.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales support role. Strong spoken and written fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
