Role Overview
This role is suited to an energetic and target-oriented Sales Development Representative who performs well in a fast-moving environment. The position calls for someone with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, along with a collaborative approach, quick learning ability, sharp thinking, and confident communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business opportunities by developing industry connections and expanding professional networks.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns using cold emails, LinkedIn-based outreach, and phone calls.
- Screen inbound and outbound leads, understand their needs, and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Investigate target accounts and compile prospect lists that include key decision-makers.
- Grow and manage a healthy sales pipeline through steady follow-up by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Keep CRM records current and accurate for all lead and activity tracking.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to keep messaging and strategy aligned.
- Develop long-term client relationships using a consultative, solution-focused sales style.
- Deliver customer experiences that reflect company standards and values.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling IT solutions. Experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and automation tools is important. Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise application sales is an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
- Ability to generate 30 or more qualified leads each month.
- Capability to maintain a meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate of 20% or higher.
