About The Role

Hostaway is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth within the APAC market. We are looking for ambitious sales professionals eager to make a significant impact. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries across the APAC region. You will conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads. Engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, you will effectively communicate our value proposition. Close collaboration with the sales team is essential for developing and executing strategic outreach campaigns and follow-up plans to drive engagement and conversions. Maintaining accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system is crucial. You will also work with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, utilizing marketing materials to support your outreach efforts. The goal is to consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess prior outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment and a proven history of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales setting. Strong prospecting and cold calling abilities are essential, enabling you to effectively connect with and build rapport with prospects. You should be a highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple priorities effectively. As a team player, you will leverage strong interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly across departments. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft is advantageous. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills is required. Proficiency in a second language would be a plus.

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be physically located within Australia or New Zealand to effectively collaborate with the team, peers, and internal customers.
