Role Summary
This position is for a proactive and target-driven Sales Engineer who will handle sales of air compressors and related compressed-air systems within the assigned territory. The role calls for spotting business opportunities, understanding the customer’s technical needs, suggesting the right products, and turning enquiries into confirmed orders. A strong mix of technical understanding and sales ability is important, along with the skill to develop long-term customer relationships and meet business goals. Experience with compressors, gearboxes, motors, or other industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh business enquiries for compressors by visiting prospects and customers independently.
- Take ownership of the assigned territory to improve market reach and generate more leads.
- Develop trusted relationships with important accounts and work on converting competitor-led accounts into business opportunities.
- Use a focused sales approach for specific segments by leveraging existing client connections and company networks.
- Assess customer requirements, suggest the most appropriate compressor solution, handle negotiations, and close orders successfully.

Additional Information
The role is based in Kolhapur, India. The compensation offered is in the range of INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,50,000 per year.
