Role Overview
This position focuses on field-based selling, lead conversion, and client acquisition in the SME and business-owner segment. The role is aimed at driving new business, supporting onboarding, and helping achieve revenue targets through consistent follow-up and structured sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Spot and develop promising leads through on-ground sales activity.
- Engage with small and medium business owners to explain the product and its value.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and help generate revenue.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to move deals toward closure.
- Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record sales activities and monitor performance in the CRM system.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA candidates graduating in 2026 with at least 65% marks in 10th and 12th, or
- Applicants with a minimum of 9 months of experience in sales.
