Role Overview
This opening is for a Sales Manager / ABM in the Agency function. The role reports to the Branch Manager and is based in Barasat and Beliaghata, Kolkata. The main purpose of the job is to recruit advisors and drive business development for the company.
The offered CTC is in the range of 2 to 5 lakhs per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in and activate advisors according to the monthly plan.
- Maintain the required productivity level of active advisors as per targets.
- Build strong working relationships that help smooth day-to-day coordination and business activity.
- Regularly meet with reporting agents to review their performance and guide them on improvements, including progression through the agency career path from TA to SA and AO.
- Drive revenue growth and bring in new customers through both in-person and digital channels.
- Review performance and progress with the reporting manager every week.
- Participate in all meetings and training sessions organized by management.
- Complete two joint calls every day.
- Follow all company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is open to undergraduate and graduate candidates. Applicants should ideally be below 45 years of age. The company prefers candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience, especially in insurance sales, and those who are local to the job location. A personal vehicle is required.
