Job Summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Sanitation Operator to maintain a clean and sparkling environment for our customers. This role is crucial in ensuring our locations are welcoming, from the store's interior to the parking lot and surrounding areas. If you have a passion for cleanliness, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular sweeping of all designated interior and exterior store areas.
• Mop all required sections within the store premises.
• Conduct regular spraying of parking lots and washing of shop windows.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and stocking of restroom facilities.
• Ensure the customer service area is tidy, with all tables and chairs properly sanitized.
• Organize and maintain supplies within the stockroom.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a strong commitment to fostering an equitable and unbiased workplace culture where employees feel empowered to express their individuality.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force, frequently exert up to 20 pounds of force, and constantly exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
• Exposure to both internal and external environmental conditions, including fluctuating temperatures and noise levels in the shop.
• Potential exposure to known allergens, including but not limited to nuts.
• Work in areas with production and/or processing noise levels.
