Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within the Infosys delivery team.
- Interpret requirements, develop and review designs, validate architecture, and guarantee superior service delivery in the technology domain.
- Contribute to project estimations, provide input for solution delivery, conduct technical risk assessments, and review code and unit test plans.
- Lead and mentor teams in developing optimized, high-quality code, promoting continuous knowledge management, and adhering to organizational standards and processes.
- Be a key contributor to building efficient programs and systems, supporting clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
