Guidepost Montessori is seeking an accomplished campus leader to serve as Head of School (School Director) in the Sydney, New South Wales area. In this role, you will lead the whole campus team and help drive growth in enrollment, staff retention, parent engagement, and program quality. What you'll do

• Shape and execute a strategic plan for the campus.
• Build a school culture that reflects the organisation’s mission and values.
• Create a connected community among staff, families, and children.
• Maintain a high-standard educational program across classrooms.
• Support profitability goals by overseeing the campus budget and financial performance.
• Partner with the Assistant Head of School to achieve enrollment targets.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage teaching staff.

Who this role suits

Preferred background

• Hands-on experience in an early childhood teaching environment.
