Role overview

The school is seeking housekeeping staff to keep the campus clean, hygienic, and welcoming for students, teachers, and visitors. This position covers routine upkeep of classrooms, offices, restrooms, corridors, and shared spaces so that the learning environment remains safe and pleasant.

Key duties

• Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors, staff areas, washrooms, and other shared spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, surfaces, and furniture as needed.
• Sanitize high-touch points such as desks, door handles, switches, and handrails.
• Clear waste bins and ensure garbage is separated and disposed of correctly.
• Refill restroom essentials including soap, tissue, and toilet paper.
• Regularly clean windows, glass doors, and notice boards.
• Escalate repair or maintenance concerns such as leaks or damaged fixtures to the supervisor.
• Support school functions, meetings, and events with setup and after-event cleaning.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in usable condition.
• Follow all applicable health, hygiene, and safety practices at work.

CS Academy, Coimbatore operates three campuses. Two campuses are located in Kovaipudur in adjoining facilities, and the third primary campus is in Red Fields in the city center.
