Role Overview

Honest Health is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams working on digital products, data initiatives, and AI-based solutions. This position is responsible for strengthening agile execution, coordinating Scrum practices, improving collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams, and helping the organization grow its agile maturity.

What You Will Do

• Run core Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and delivery on track.
• Act as a coach and advisor on agile ways of working, encouraging self-management, continuous learning, and agile thinking.
• Remove blockers that slow down team progress.
• Work with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the backlog so that items are well defined, valuable, and tied to business goals.
• Monitor and share delivery metrics such as velocity and team outcomes.
• Use retrospectives and follow-up actions to drive ongoing improvement.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Help extend agile practices across multiple teams and programs for greater consistency.
• Keep technical teams and business stakeholders aligned.
• Mentor junior colleagues where needed.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in agile delivery roles, including 3 or more years specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Background supporting engineering, data, or product teams.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and broader agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional groups.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or complex programs.
• Good organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Healthcare or value-based care experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $129,700 to $154,350 per year. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, licensing, and organizational needs. In addition to base pay, eligible roles may receive short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
