Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Jubail is responsible for directing and overseeing insulation operations for industrial projects. The Section Head Insulation manages insulation crews, sets daily work plans, assigns manpower and materials, and ensures all activities align with project drawings, specifications, safety rules, and quality expectations. The role requires active coordination with project managers, engineers, and other trades to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Key Duties

• Lead insulation teams and supervise day-to-day site execution.
• Plan work schedules and distribute resources efficiently.
• Check drawings, project requirements, and work permits before execution.
• Monitor work progress and address technical or operational issues as they arise.
• Coordinate closely with managers, engineers, and other disciplines to meet project timelines and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Well-developed planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical diploma or degree in engineering or an industrial field; insulation-related training or certifications are an added advantage.
• Prior supervisory experience in insulation or a related construction/maintenance function.
