Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Security Consultant to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture across a range of industries. This remote role offers the chance to work on varied, high-impact assignments with modern technologies and contribute to securing complex digital environments.

The opportunity is with a platform that connects cybersecurity experts with organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises. You will support multiple clients and play an important role in improving security strategies for some of the most established companies worldwide.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will evaluate an organization’s current security setup, identify weaknesses, reduce exposure to risk, and recommend practical improvements. You will work with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams to build and execute security approaches that support business objectives while meeting regulatory expectations.

Your work will include security reviews, audits, and risk assessments to uncover gaps and provide clear next steps. You will also help create and maintain policies, procedures, and standards across areas such as network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection. In addition, you will support organizations as they prepare for audits and certifications and ensure alignment with requirements such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, and similar frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has solid consulting experience in cybersecurity, especially in risk management, security architecture, and compliance. You should be comfortable advising different types of clients and capable of offering both strategic direction and hands-on implementation support.

A strong command of security frameworks and best practices, including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS, is expected. Experience with cloud security, enterprise security tools, and compliance audits is strongly preferred. Knowledge of regulations and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills are important, including the ability to simplify technical security topics for non-technical audiences. A proven history of helping organizations improve their security position is also essential. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are considered a plus.

Benefits

Along with a competitive salary and benefits package, this role includes remote flexibility, exposure to a global cybersecurity network, ongoing learning opportunities, mentorship, and room for long-term career development.
