Role overview

As a tactical security professional, you should be prepared to stay active throughout your shift. The work may involve regular movement and patrolling across settings such as retail locations, airports, and security facility centers.
What you’ll do
- Monitor assigned areas closely to identify suspicious behavior or potential risks.
- Verify identities and manage entry into restricted or protected spaces.
- Respond promptly to incidents or threats and keep clear records of what happened.
- Inspect alarms and camera systems to confirm they are operating correctly.
- Attend to alarm events and carry out on-site inspections when needed.
- Coordinate with police or other law enforcement agencies during serious situations.

- The ability to remain standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
