Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will develop and strengthen client relationships, help ensure an excellent customer experience, and support retention and long-term account growth. You will evaluate customer needs, shape solutions to fit those needs, and serve as a dependable partner and advisor for clients. The position also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve processes and identify opportunities that benefit both customers and the business.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in customer satisfaction and customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in retention efforts and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating across functions and driving shared goals with teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are beneficial.
