The Opportunity

In this Senior DevOps Engineer role, you will partner closely with software engineering teams to deploy, run, and improve systems. The position focuses on automating and simplifying operational workflows, while creating and supporting the tools used for deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Help build and strengthen a high-performing engineering team with strong ownership and a focus on real impact.
• Keep the CI/CD environment scalable, reliable, and well maintained.
• Make sure issues are properly logged and followed up in the ticketing system.
• Work with engineering and QA teams to resolve defects and roll out fixes quickly.
• Maintain clear and practical documentation for deployment-related support.
• Share best practices and operational know-how to support an always-on, highly available service.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Work effectively across multicultural teams and multiple geographic locations.
• Communicate information clearly, consistently, and credibly.
• Follow QHSE, business continuity, information security, privacy, risk, compliance, and governance policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
• At least 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Practical experience building Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
• Experience creating systems for health checks and performance monitoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Good scripting ability and solid understanding of Git workflows.
• Strong background in SQL and MySQL.
• Experience deploying, running, monitoring, and troubleshooting Java applications.
• Hands-on exposure to GPU workloads, including model deployment, inference serving, resource scheduling, performance monitoring, GPU utilization tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Preferred: working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID/OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, and LDAP.
• Preferred: experience with the Red Hat OpenShift stack.
• Preferred: detail-oriented and methodical problem-solving approach.
• Preferred: strong verbal and written communication skills.
