About the Role

This position is focused on expanding the client base in India for online recruitment offerings by winning new customers and handling renewals. The work revolves around outbound outreach through calls, emails, campaigns, and social media to drive revenue and strengthen existing business relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring in new customers by running effective sales conversations and executing go-to-market plans.
  • Grow revenue from current accounts through renewal and repeat business.
  • Create and maintain a pool of qualified prospects using referrals, digital channels, canvassing, and cold calling.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, secure closures, and complete the needed documentation for successful conversions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing partner and enterprise feedback that can help shape product improvements.
  • Follow company policies, workflow standards, and operating guidelines while carrying out the role.
  • Spot recurring patterns and suggest process or tooling improvements that can be reused across the customer base to boost productivity.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable thinking strategically about both business needs and product direction.
  • Proven relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Background in selling and delivering services or solutions in a vertical industry setting.
  • Prior exposure to a consumer internet company is preferred.
  • Experience with subscription-based sales is preferred.

Work Location & Schedule

The role is based in Noida and follows a 5-day work week.
