The salary band for this position is NZD 101,125 to NZD 142,765 per year, inclusive of KiwiSaver, and will depend on your background, skills, and experience.

What you will do

  • Create preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for network assets.
  • Review asset performance information to spot patterns, risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Improve the way maintenance planning is managed through better processes, tools, systems, and work programmes.
  • Coach and support Maintenance Planners so the team continues to grow in capability and planning quality.
  • Offer technical input on infrastructure planning and asset management approaches.

What makes you a strong candidate

  • You hold a diploma or degree in Engineering, or a trade qualification that is relevant to the role.
  • You have a full New Zealand Class 1 driver licence.
  • You bring practical experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or infrastructure operations.
  • You are confident using maintenance management systems and data analytics tools.
  • You communicate clearly, analyse information well, and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
