What you will do

• Own large strategic and operational programs from early problem definition through delivery and outcome measurement.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and go-to-market partners to align priorities and move multiple workstreams forward.
• Frame problems clearly, develop hypotheses, and build business cases that support decisions and executive buy-in.
• Create and refine operating models, governance structures, and performance dashboards that improve accountability and execution speed.
• Study business drivers, market behavior, and customer feedback to shape recommendations with strategic impact.
• Apply data analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and risks affecting product and business results.
• Design scalable workflows and automation approaches, using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

What the employer is looking for

• At least 5 years of experience running complex cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and business teams in fintech, crypto, financial services, or similarly fast-growing tech settings.
