Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle all applications and follow-up steps. The employer is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product Operations in the United States.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business operations in a rapidly growing digital payments business. You will lead strategic work that influences product direction, improves operational performance, and enhances the customer experience at scale. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to turn strategy into concrete execution. You will also contribute to building repeatable systems and processes, with a strong emphasis on AI and automation to improve operational leverage. It is a position for someone who can operate strategically while still staying close to execution in a fast-moving, regulated, and innovation-led environment.
What you will do
- Own large strategic and operational programs from early problem definition through delivery and outcome measurement.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and go-to-market partners to align priorities and move multiple workstreams forward.
- Frame problems clearly, develop hypotheses, and build business cases that support decisions and executive buy-in.
- Create and refine operating models, governance structures, and performance dashboards that improve accountability and execution speed.
- Study business drivers, market behavior, and customer feedback to shape recommendations with strategic impact.
- Apply data analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and risks affecting product and business results.
- Design scalable workflows and automation approaches, using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 5 years of experience running complex cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and business teams in fintech, crypto, financial services, or similarly fast-growing tech settings.
- Comfort working in uncertain environments and turning loosely defined problems into practical plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders across functions without relying on direct authority.
- Solid analytical and quantitative capability, including building models, interpreting data, and using insights to guide decisions.
- Experience creating scalable operating processes, governance layers, and program execution frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and align different teams around common goals.
- Practical use of AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity, reporting, and execution.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range of $130,000 to $160,000.
- Equity ownership opportunities in a high-growth company.
- Performance-linked equity bonus for meaningful contributions.
- Moonshot award program with significant equity grants for outstanding impact.
- Unlimited paid time off with a flexible leave policy.
- Remote or hybrid work options depending on the needs of the role.
- Private health coverage for employees and their dependents.
- Expanded parental leave support.
- Yearly budget for learning and professional development.
- Home office setup support and a remote work stipend where applicable.
- Access to product usage benefits and zero-fee crypto transactions.
- Employee referral bonus program.
- Regular in-person offsites, workshops, and team hackathons.
- A chance to work in a high-ownership, fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment.
