Role overview

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner employer, which handles the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The hire will be a Senior Project Leader based in Germany.

You’ll work at the core of a fast-paced, high-pressure delivery setup inside a remote-first global environment. The role focuses on launching and running complex, time-sensitive operations from start to finish, making sure teams, workflows, and client expectations are all aligned before work begins. You’ll coordinate distributed contributors, keep execution on track, and maintain clear communication across several stakeholders at once. Success in this role depends on working with speed, accuracy, and a structured approach, especially when onboarding large groups under tight deadlines. In addition to delivering projects, you’ll also improve processes, strengthen operating systems, and help raise overall reliability. This position suits someone who is comfortable with uncertainty, enjoys creating order in dynamic settings, and takes full ownership of outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full setup and launch of complex projects across client-facing and internal talent workflows, making sure tools, processes, and resources are prepared before execution starts.
  • Create clear operational instructions, briefs, and procedures so contributors understand what is expected and can deliver consistently.
  • Run day-to-day execution for several projects at once, keeping clients, talent groups, and internal teams aligned.
  • Manage communication between all stakeholders, keeping updates clear and resolving issues quickly in changing conditions.
  • Monitor project results across quality, output, timelines, and financial indicators, ensuring delivery meets SLA and business targets.
  • Spot operational risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, then put corrective actions in place immediately.
  • Continuously improve processes and help scale effective delivery practices across the wider operations function.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or a similar execution-heavy environment.
  • Proven experience handling complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders and coordinating distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay clear and effective in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, paired with quick execution and solid prioritization abilities.
  • Evidence of proactively building, refining, and optimizing operational processes.
  • Comfort working with shifting priorities, strict deadlines, and changing requirements.
  • Analytical ability to follow performance metrics and turn insights into action.
