Role summary

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical leader in the field, working closely with sales teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to drive strong business and security outcomes. You will advise enterprise and government clients, help them refine their security strategy, understand complex environments, and move toward a unified AI-powered defense based on the SentinelOne Singularity Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work in partnership with sales teams to evaluate opportunities, uncover customer needs, and align solutions with business and technical priorities.
• Run advanced technical sessions such as deep dives, product demonstrations, proof-of-value and proof-of-concept exercises, and architecture reviews.
• Act as a senior specialist in EDR/XDR, AI security, cloud security, identity security, observability, and SIEM, and connect technical details to business outcomes.
• Advise enterprise and government customers on building, validating, and deploying secure, scalable architectures, and present clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Manage and contribute to RFP and RFI responses, share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to help shape the roadmap, and coach junior and mid-level Solutions Engineers.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of practical experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales, with strong depth in cybersecurity, EDR/XDR, SIEM, observability, and modern security architecture.
• Hands-on exposure to leading security and cloud platforms, including experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong ability to explain technical ideas clearly through communication, storytelling, and presentations to executives, architects, and technical teams.
• Proven experience identifying problems in large, complex environments and designing scalable, outcome-driven solutions that earn long-term customer trust.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and genuinely interested in cybersecurity innovation and AI-led security, with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority engagements in a fast-moving setting.
