Job description
Role Overview
Brady Corporation is hiring a data-focused Organic Search Analyst to support its expanding digital marketing function in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will partner closely with the SEO Manager to uncover opportunities that improve search performance and increase organic visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop fresh approaches to grow organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Perform keyword research and keep keyword targets current, including search volumes and competitive data.
- Improve on-page SEO through landing page planning, content idea generation, keyword gap analysis, metadata refinement, and redirect work.
- Partner with technical teams to enhance crawler access through schema implementation, JavaScript crawlability, and better site speed/Core Web Vitals.
- Work with teams across Site Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Design, and Product to roll out SEO best practices and use their input in planning and program design.
- Manage backlink coverage by spotting new link opportunities and resolving unlinked brand mentions.
- Investigate SEO issues and incidents as they arise, carry out ad hoc analysis, and escalate problems when needed to reach resolution.
- Stay informed about changing SEO trends and standards, and keep tactics aligned with search engine rules.
- Champion a smooth search-driven customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field; alternatively, an associate degree paired with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in search marketing.
- Working knowledge of web analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, and Ahrefs.
- Genuine interest in continuous learning and adapting to evolving SERP formats, including organic shopping features and AIO.
