About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join our team. This position involves the design, development, and implementation of digital HR workflows utilizing the ServiceNow platform. The primary objective is to improve the employee experience through the automation of HR processes, seamless system integrations, and the creation of robust, scalable HR case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD applications and associated workflows.
- Configure and customize core HRSD components such as HR Case Management, HR Service Portal, and Employee Center.
- Create and customize HR services, manage employee lifecycle events, and implement knowledge management solutions.
- Build and manage integrations between the ServiceNow platform and various HR systems, including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Implement automation solutions using tools like Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Provide support for HRSD module upgrades, apply patches, and conduct performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data security protocols, implement role-based access controls, and meet compliance mandates.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and issues pertaining to HRSD applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Possess 3 to 6 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
- Demonstrate significant hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
- Have prior experience working with Employee Center or Service Portal.
- Understand HR lifecycle events and case management principles.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external HR systems is essential.
- Familiarity with ITSM fundamentals is considered an advantage.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Possess knowledge of HR domain processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Experience utilizing Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.
- Exposure to CMDB and platform governance best practices.
