The company is building a discovery-led shopping environment designed to present international style in a refined, effortless way, shaping how the next wave of shoppers discovers and engages with luxury fashion online.

Role Overview

We are hiring a visually strong Social & Content Lead to shape the brand’s tone of voice and manage its digital presence. This person will lead the content ecosystem and also become a visible face of the brand. The role blends creative direction, on-camera performance, and hands-on production, including international travel to help bring MONOSTATE’s creative vision to life.

Core Responsibilities

  • Appear on camera as the brand’s talent for video content, including hosting, narration, and representing MONOSTATE on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
  • Travel to major cultural centers to capture, direct, and collaborate on premium content with boutique partners across different countries.
  • Plan and produce fast-moving, video-led content designed to capture attention and spark audience engagement.
  • Build a content strategy that shapes culture, not only performance metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams so the brand experience feels consistent from the visual feed to the product interface.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are naturally comfortable on camera and can bring a distinctive point of view to short-form video.
  • You are enthusiastic about travel and can adapt quickly to producing strong content on location with international collaborators.
  • You have strong storytelling, editing, and concept development abilities, with an understanding of premium editorial-style content.
  • You have experience creating content strategies that generate engagement and momentum.
  • You are confident using current content management systems, video editing software, analytics, and creative production tools, and can manage several priorities at once.
  • You are deeply engaged with fashion, e-commerce, or visual culture and understand what gives a brand a luxury or aspirational feel.
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Media, or Journalism, or you can demonstrate equivalent expertise through a portfolio and strong professional track record.

Additional Information

This is an onsite full-time position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role requires international travel and active participation in video production.
