The role is based in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Role Overview
As a Social Creative & Concepter, you will help shape social-first ideas and content that strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences, and turn attention into impact across social platforms.
What You Will Do
- Design and roll out social media campaigns that extend the visibility and appeal of client brands across social channels.
- Create content that consistently supports brand identity and speaks directly to the intended audience.
- Develop and produce social media posts, concepts, and content strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- A dependable, goal-driven, curious, and highly creative mindset.
- Strong strategic understanding of branding, funnel thinking, and targeting options.
- Solid professional experience as a social copywriter or concepter, ideally gained in a digital or creative agency.
- The ability to write strong headlines, copies, captions, and scripts for compelling social storytelling.
- Familiarity with the influencer landscape, including the ability to develop and manage influencer concepts and programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of key social platforms and their organic as well as paid ad formats, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Very good command of the digital environment and an instinct for current trends.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creative ability, original ideas, and attention to detail.
