The Marketing Team at Adoreal drives growth for leading practices via brand development, website/SEO, paid media, and social media strategies. Video content is crucial for attracting attention and securing consultations, and we are increasing our content production across a diverse portfolio of practices.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Video Editor to manage short-form video production for our practice portfolio. You will transform raw footage, before-and-after visuals, and treatment b-roll into engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts at a high volume. Utilizing a modern, AI-assisted workflow, you will maintain speed and quality without sacrificing originality. This position is ideal for a candidate who is exceptionally quick, integrates AI tools seamlessly into their daily work, and possesses a keen eye for content that captures audience attention.

What You Will Do

• Produce over 10 publish-ready short-form videos weekly across various practice brands.
• Craft compelling hooks, clear captions, dynamic pacing, and effective sound design to maintain viewer engagement and drive bookings.
• Edit before-and-after content with meticulous attention to tasteful framing, patient consent, and platform guidelines to ensure compliance and successful content review by Meta and TikTok.
• Maintain brand consistency across distinct practice style guides, including typography, color palettes, and tone of voice.
• Adapt long-form content, such as consultations, webinars, and podcasts, into multiple short video clips.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite production timelines while ensuring original and high-quality output.
• Collaborate asynchronously with social, content, and design teams, interpreting briefs and incorporating feedback with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing short-form video editing skills, particularly in creating engaging hooks, pacing, and captions.
• Demonstrated speed and efficiency, with the ability to articulate weekly output capacity.
• Proficiency and regular use of AI video editing tools as an integral part of a workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with availability to overlap with US working hours.
• Strong self-direction, ability to work from briefs and brand kits, proactively identify issues, and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience editing content for aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness industries.
• Agency or multi-brand editing experience, with a proven ability to maintain distinct brand styles.
• Proficiency in motion graphics using After Effects for creating surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations.
• Skilled in color grading, with an emphasis on natural and flattering skin tones.
• A strong understanding of current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio usage.
