Role Summary

This position helps keep the Source-to-Pay (S2P) team running smoothly by supporting sourcing, contract, and procurement activities in day-to-day operations.

Key Duties

  • Process routine, low-risk, pre-negotiated purchases of goods and services using a corporate card.
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to make sure purchase expectations are met and invoice issues are resolved.
  • Provide support to senior team members and managers so administrative work and discrepancy resolution are completed on time.
  • Handle administrative assistance and reporting for important business programs, initiatives, and systems.
  • Maintain and manage online ordering catalogs and other tools used by the department.
  • Assist with due diligence work that helps improve S2P processes.
  • Under supervision, contribute to the development, testing, and rollout of systems, tools, and process improvements.
  • Collect and maintain data from multiple sources while ensuring reports remain accurate, complete, and easy to access.
  • Support management with KPI and metric development, dashboard creation, and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Background in purchasing, supply chain operations, logistics, finance, accounting, data coordination, or a similar area is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred; an equivalent mix of education and experience is also acceptable.

Additional Information

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

This is a hybrid position based in Redmond, WA, and regular onsite attendance is required according to the division’s schedule and guidelines. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

The role includes a base salary range, eligibility for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay range: USD 28.13 to 39.38 per hour.
