Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and mopping floors in storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
• Manage the disposal of trash and ensure proper waste management.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, proactively requesting replenishment when needed.

• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role involves moderate risks and discomforts that necessitate adherence to safety precautions. You may be required to work around machinery, fumes, or chemicals, and use protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. The job also demands physical exertion, including extended periods of standing, moving outdoors, reaching objects at various heights, and handling equipment up to 50lbs, with or without assistance.
