Store Manager

Role overview

We are looking for a Store Manager who is solutions-focused, well organized, strategic, and collaborative. The right person brings a clear point of view, communicates directly, has a strong sense of style, and takes initiative. In this role, you will drive sales and service outcomes, uphold operational best practices, and spot opportunities to improve the in-store experience for customers and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, support, and grow the store team so business objectives are met and individual performance improves over time.
• Work closely with training teams to build a high-performing team that meets company standards.
• Set clear weekly and monthly goals for the store team.
• Make sure every team member represents the brand professionally and delivers a high level of customer service that supports strong sales and a personalized shopping experience.
• Hire capable, polished professionals and strengthen the team by networking locally to attract strong talent.
• Take ownership of store profit and loss reporting and manage the budget across salaries, expenses, inventory, and related costs.
• Ensure merchandise is presented neatly and attractively in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain store operations and standards in accordance with company expectations.
• Coordinate with support departments to make the best use of company resources.
• Partner with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning for the store team.

Candidate profile

This position calls for someone with excellent customer service and clienteling abilities, proven leadership experience, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable coaching and motivating a team, and able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
