Role Overview

The Strategic Programs & Events Manager is a pivotal role focused on enhancing customer engagement, driving lead generation, promoting product adoption, and solidifying industry leadership through exceptional experiences and strategic marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of Kornit's premier customer conference, Konnections, and other significant events. Additionally, the role supports product marketing efforts for Kornit's Direct-to-Garment (DTG) portfolio, customer demonstration centers, application showcases, customer success stories, and webinar programs.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, capable of conceptualizing high-level customer engagement strategies and business outcomes while meticulously managing complex programs, budgets, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. This role is instrumental in Kornit's demand generation, customer relationship strengthening, sales acceleration, and reinforcing our position as an innovation leader in digital production technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Konnections Conference & Major Tradeshows: Lead the comprehensive strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the annual Konnections Conference and all major tradeshows. Develop themes, customer journeys, content strategies, attendee engagement plans, and executive presentations. Collaborate with sales, product, leadership, customers, analysts, media, and partners to deliver outstanding experiences. Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, vendor relations, and on-site execution. Measure and report on event success metrics, including attendance, engagement, pipeline generation, customer influence, and revenue contribution.
  • Strategic Programs & Product Marketing Support: Aid strategic marketing initiatives for the DTG portfolio by working with product marketing, applications, sales, and regional teams. Identify customer success stories, use cases, market trends, and opportunities to enhance product positioning and adoption. Assist in creating customer-facing programs that highlight business value, innovation, and competitive advantages. Translate product capabilities into compelling customer experiences and educational programs in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Demo Center & Application Experience Management: Support the planning and execution of customer demonstrations and executive briefings in partnership with applications and product teams. Ensure demonstration environments showcase Kornit's latest innovations, applications, workflows, and market opportunities. Coordinate demonstration schedules, customer visits, equipment readiness, and supporting materials. Help craft engaging customer experiences that expedite purchasing decisions and build customer confidence.
  • Customer Advocacy & Testimonial Program: Spearhead the planning and execution of customer testimonial programs, case studies, success stories, and video content initiatives. Identify customer advocates and collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and production partners to capture impactful stories. Ensure customer content aligns with strategic messaging and supports lead generation, sales enablement, and brand leadership goals. Manage production timelines, approvals, budgets, and content delivery schedules.
  • Agency, Vendor & Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct external agencies, production partners, contractors, and event vendors to ensure successful program execution. Act as a central point of coordination across marketing, sales, applications, product management, operations, finance, and executive leadership. Foster accountability, clear communication, and alignment among all stakeholders. Proactively escalate risks and propose solutions to prevent impacts on deadlines or business outcomes.
  • Budget Management & Operational Excellence: Develop and manage budgets for events, customer programs, agency engagements, and content initiatives. Ensure accurate forecasting, expense tracking, purchase order management, and financial reporting. Deliver programs within budget while maximizing return on investment. Maintain a proactive financial management approach with transparent communication of risks and opportunities.
  • Demand Generation & Business Impact: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure all programs contribute to pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue objectives. Develop pre-event, event, and post-event engagement strategies that yield measurable business outcomes. Track key performance indicators such as registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced opportunities, pipeline contribution, customer satisfaction, and ROI. Provide post-program analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
