- Join training sessions to gain a solid understanding of the company’s programs, products, and user needs.
- Respond to parent and client questions about classes, schedules, teaching approaches, and enrollment steps.
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone, email, and social media to explain course options and communicate the value of the programs.
- Build trust with parents by learning about their children’s academic needs and suggesting the right fit from the available offerings.

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, along with the ability to communicate clearly with parents and students.
- A genuine interest in education and student success, along with empathy for parent concerns, is important.
- Applicants should be responsive, dependable with deadlines, and able to maintain a professional, solutions-focused attitude.
- The role requires flexibility to work 30 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Good teamwork, initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability are expected.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay of $25 plus performance bonus.
- Commission opportunities tied to performance.
- Paid training from the start of employment.
- Professional development through hands-on experience in communication, strategy, and problem-solving.
