About the Role
Alice + Olivia is seeking a Styling/Market Editor to establish and manage the CEO's presence on LTK and ShopMy platforms. This new role involves close collaboration with the CEO to understand her preferences and will also support the buying team in curating products for retail stores. The ideal candidate will be an expert in fashion trends and social media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the CEO's ShopMy and LTK profiles.
- Add and remove products from these platforms as instructed by the CEO.
- Generate ShopMy and LTK links for the CEO's social media content.
- Source, modify, and style external vendor items alongside ALICE + OLIVIA products to create cohesive assortments based on specific aesthetics, trends, or themes.
- Spearhead the curation of third-party merchandise, providing insights to the ALICE + OLIVIA buying team regarding potential new product additions for stores.
- Collaborate with the ALICE + OLIVIA social media team to share and repost content from the CEO's accounts.
- Develop a campaign calendar and plan posts, aligning them with specific themes.
- Provide creative briefs for styled looks to the ALICE + OLIVIA creative team for image approval.
- Analyze and report on the performance of both platforms on a per-post basis.
- Demonstrate expertise in emerging fashion trends and designers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of social media trends, relevant hashtags, and competitor tactics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with ShopMy and LTK platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media dynamics.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- A keen personal sense of style and a genuine interest in the fashion industry.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
