About the opportunity

Specsavers is seeking a Supervisor to join its Clarkson, Western Australia store team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is a chance to step into a leadership position, supporting Retail Managers and Store Partners with the daily running of the store while contributing to the wider success of the retail and optical environment.

Roster-wise, Fridays and Saturdays are fixed working days, while the remaining days are flexible and can be aligned with your preference.

What you will do

  • Guide, mentor, and develop team members so they can provide excellent service and achieve their potential.
  • Make sure customers receive tailored support, personalised care, and informed advice.
  • Take ownership of everyday store operations and help maintain Specsavers’ service and operational standards.
  • Track team performance, encourage ongoing improvement, and support the success of both optical and audiology services.

About you

The ideal candidate comes from a retail background and is ready to build leadership capability in a supervisory role. You should be a practical problem solver who can stay composed in busy situations, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential, along with a team-focused mindset and a drive to bring customers back with a positive experience.
