Supply Coordinator

Role Overview

The Supply Coordinator will support and organize supply activities within the fleet function. This position focuses on keeping vehicle supplies, spare parts, documentation, and vendor interactions running efficiently so that day-to-day operations stay on track and resources reach the right place on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Track driver compliance against company SOPs, including quality expectations, behavior, uniform standards, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
• Arrange the allocation and movement of fleet-related items such as spare uniforms and accessories.
• Keep inventory data up to date and make sure stock levels are sufficient for operational requirements.
• Manage the return and recovery of company merchandise from 3PL partners, including monitoring, follow-ups, and escalation when standards are not met.
• Deliver training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior rules, app usage, and policy changes to support consistent performance and compliance.
• Work closely with BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support smooth service delivery end to end.
• Compile and distribute regular operational updates covering compliance, incidents, and other important issues for relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, ideally within fleet or transport operations.
• Good understanding of fleet processes, maintenance requirements, and supply handling procedures.
• Comfortable using MS Office along with ERP or inventory management tools.
• Strong planning, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and performing well in a high-pressure environment.
