About the internship

This internship is focused on talent acquisition support for a Kolkata-based manpower services company that has been building reliable workforce solutions since 2018. The selected intern will contribute to sourcing, hiring coordination, and applicant tracking in a full-time, in-office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Identify and reach out to suitable candidates through sourcing efforts.
• Keep the applicant tracking system organized and up to date.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and remain available for a six-month duration. Applicants should bring relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or relaunch their careers are also welcome to apply.

Other requirements

• Ability to communicate in Hindi, English, and Bangla.
• Strong fluency in English is required.
• Candidate should be able to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Stipend and pay structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 10,000. The compensation structure includes a fixed component of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
