Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become an integral part of our HR department. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our recruitment operations, providing direct support to our Senior Talent Acquisition specialists. This position offers a valuable opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior TA specialists, managing the daily recruitment workflow to ensure a smooth process for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person sessions, between candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates, both active and passive, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data, interview feedback, and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real-time.
  • Support the review and screening of initial resumes to identify qualified candidates based on predefined job requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, interview logistics, and ensuring a positive overall candidate experience.
  • Assist in gathering preliminary background verification documents and collaborate with the broader HR team to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Contribute to the compilation of weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports and candidate pipeline summaries.

Technical Competencies

  • Capability to perform effectively in a demanding and rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
  • Skills in data management and analytics.
  • Competence with calendar and scheduling tools.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of prior experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative support capacity; internship experience is highly regarded.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • A foundational understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
