Role overview
This is a chance to contribute to a fast-moving period of growth in the automotive tech space while helping shape an excellent experience for candidates. The role suits someone energetic, curious, and highly driven, with an interest in building efficient hiring processes and supporting a recruiting team that is scaling. There is also opportunity for development and possible movement into other roles within the recruiting function.
What you will do
- Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to organize and book interviews.
- Handle complex calendars across different time zones and make scheduling adjustments when plans change.
- Partner with other recruiting coordinators to share effective practices and improve scheduling workflows.
- Support the University Program and assist with large-volume interview scheduling during each recruitment cycle.
- Track pipeline activity, keep records accurate, and share clear, data-based updates with internal partners.
- Join intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align job descriptions with the profiles being sought.
- Identify opportunities to refine existing processes and make recruiting operations smoother and more efficient.
- Provide support on additional recruiting projects as needed.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role or a similar position.
- A minimum of 4 years of overall professional work experience.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems.

Contract details
This is a contract assignment expected to run for more than 1 year.
