Role Overview

The Talent Development Generalist will help run enterprise-wide talent initiatives that strengthen employee experience, growth, and organizational performance. This position partners with HR and business leaders to execute programs across onboarding, early career development, engagement, recognition, performance management, career pathing, and succession planning. It is a hands-on role focused on delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support enterprise talent programs, including onboarding and early-career initiatives
  • Oversee schedules, action items, communications, and logistics tied to program delivery
  • Keep program tools, records, and documentation current and organized
  • Assist with employee engagement efforts and recognition activities
  • Support performance management workflows and career development resources
  • Contribute to succession planning work and talent review cycles
  • Administer talent assessment tools and monitor associated metrics
  • Help maintain internal mobility resources and development programs
  • Coordinate learning activities and support administration of the learning management system
  • Revise and maintain learning content connected to talent programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational development
  • Strong ability to coordinate projects and stay organized
  • Comfort juggling several priorities while maintaining accuracy and detail
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to support multiple stakeholders

Compensation

Pay will be set according to the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
